Join me and many of the ladies who run with the Moving Soles Running Club on Monday nights at the Roseville Outdoor Oval for BOOTCAMP! Bootcamp is the fastest way to burn that extra fat and it is a lot of fun with this group! We will jump, run, push, pull, throw, laugh, challenge, and a whole bunch more! I like variety and that is how I instruct, different workout formats each week. We will also have personal challenges which will show you your improvement over the 6 weeks (you will improve if you also do other workouts during the week).
Time: 6:15-7pm
Length: 6 weeks starting May 21st (NOTE: the week of Memorial Day we will meet on Wednesday night at Snail Lake Park in Shoreview)
Cost: MSRC members $30, Non-MSRC members $36

Save money on May bootcamps! From 10am on Friday, April 27th - 10am on Saturday, April 28th you can save $5 on 1x/week registrations (cost would be $20) or $10 on 2x/week registrations (cost would be $35) or $15 on 3x/week registrations (cost would be $45). During the time frame please email me at kim@maxwellfitness.com and I will send you a time stamped special registration form that let's me know you registered during that time frame.

Calling all Stillwater ladies! Registration for outdoor bootcamp is going on now! Here is the low down on the classes:
Mondays/Wednesdays: 6am-6:45am
Location: Settler's Glen neighborhood park
Begins: Monday, May 7th
Tuesdays/Thursdays: 9:30am-10:15am
Location: Browns Creek Park
Begins: Tuesday, May 8th
Classes will be run all summer. The Tuesday/Thursday class will move to an earlier time come June so stay tuned. I will also be lining up babysitters for that class to watch the kids at the park that is right by the field we will be exercising in.
The cost is based on how many times you want to come weekly. You pay by the month and if you join halfway through a month I will prorate it for you.
1x/week is $25.00 (4 classes/month)
2x/week is $45.00 (8 classes/month)
3x/week is $60.00 (12 classes/month)
You CAN COME to either time slot as a paid member.
To register simply email me your interest and I will email you a registration form you will bring the first day of class.
